摘 要：作为保障国家政权稳定、实现社会有序发展的重要因素，人民的支持是我们党执政的最牢根基，是我们国家奋进的不竭力量。因此，加强对政治支持生成机制的研究，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。尽管文化价值观对政治支持具有持久性影响，但有关二者作用机制和条件的研究相对缺乏。本研究采用问卷调查方法在全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）共获得有效数据11 000份，聚焦中国公民集体主义文化价值观对政治支持的内在影响机制及政治价值观和政府回应性在其中的作用。结果显示：政治价值观在集体主义取向对政治支持的影响中起中介作用；政府回应性对政治价值观与政治支持的关系及政治价值观的中介效应具有反向调节影响。本研究为理解和分析中国语境下公众的政治支持来源提供了新的视角，对激发公民高水平政治支持具有重要的实践启示。

Cultural Values, Political Values and Public Political Support: A Mediation Model Based on the Moderation of Government Responsiveness
Abstract: As an essential factor in ensuring the stability of the state regime and realizing the orderly development of society, the support of the people is the most vital foundation for our Party to govern and the inexhaustible force for our country to forge ahead. Therefore, strengthening the research on the political support generation mechanism has important theoretical and practical significance. Although cultural values have a lasting impact on political support, there is a relative lack of research on the mechanism and conditions of their relationship. This study obtained 11,000 valid data in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country using the questionnaire survey, focusing on the internal influence mechanism of Chinese citizens' collectivist cultural values on political support and the role of political values and government responsiveness in it. The results show that political values mediate the influence of collectivism-orientation on political support; government responsiveness reverse moderates the relationship between political values and political support and the mediating effect of political values. This study provides a new perspective for understanding and analyzing the sources of public political support in the Chinese context and has important practical implications for stimulating citizens' high-level political support.
