摘 要：中国政治合法性是政治学研究领域的一个焦点性议题，长期以来吸引了中外学界的共同关注。然而，理论界的研究结论常常与中国的政治实践相抵触。造成这一局面的直接原因是，中西方的历史发展、民众的国家观念以及“国家—社会/个人”关系都存在着根本性差异，使用西方合法性话语阐述和分析中国政治合法性问题，必然会导致理论与实际的断裂。为了显示出中国政治合法性的本真面目、避免陷入西方的话语霸权，应对当下的理论研究进行梳理和反思，并在中国治理场景中重构本土合法性话语。具体建议为：摆脱“西方价值中心主义”倾向，立足本土政治实践、挖掘传统文化资源；健全理论视野，填补国家合法性论证话语的不足；完善经验性研究，为合法性话语的构建积累基础。

【Title】Legitimacy Discourse in Chinese Governance Scenarios: Reflection and Reconstruction
Abstract: China's political legitimacy is a core issue in the field of political science, which has attracted the common attention of Chinese and foreign scholars for a long time. However, the theoretical research conclusions often conflict with the political practice in China. The direct cause of this situation is that there are fundamental differences in historical development of China and the West, the public's concept of state and "state-society / individual" relationship. Using western legitimacy discourse to elaborate and analyze China's political legitimacy will inevitably lead to the fracture between theory and practice. In order to show the true face of China's political legitimacy and avoid falling into the discourse hegemony of the west, we should sort out and reflect on the current theoretical research, and reconstruct the local legitimacy discourse in the context of China's governance. The specific suggestions are as follows: get rid of the tendency of "Western value centrism", base on local political practice, and tap traditional cultural resources; Improve the theoretical vision to fill the lack of research on the argumentation discourse of national legitimacy; The empirical research should be improved to accumulate the foundation for the construction of legitimate discourse.
