Abstract: During the period of the republic of China, the interaction between political scholars studying in the United States and the discipline, on the one hand, was conducive to a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the discipline, and on the other hand, to a kind of positioning, a kind of understanding and grasping of the position, role, status and relationship of self-study discipline. As the representative or the best among the subject intellectuals, political scholars are the intellectuals who have social influence on the development of the subject or show special concern for the society in a certain aspect. They are the founders, activists and influential representatives in the practice of the subject. Due to the fact that scholars and disciplines belong to the same field in essence, a series of complicated interlocked problems inevitably arise, which is reflected in the fact that most individuals of modern scholars are trying to find a "zone of recent development" between the ideal and reality of scholars and disciplines under the constraint of modern vicissitudes. Also based on the particularity of modern Chinese social change on the other hand, we can shape self-discipline idea unceasingly, condensed the discipline target and to strengthen the self-discipline of self-belief, therefore change period in modern China political economist and interactive relationship of discipline, is enough to reflect the "political change" and "discipline life" two-way fate.
