【摘 要】通过比较、借鉴，吸收和运用来自他人的成果，是优化政治体系运行的有效手段。但是，经常遇到的拒绝主义和照搬主义两种偏向往往妨碍我们进行科学的比较、借鉴，有许多历史教训值得记取。运用政治体系理论，把比较、借鉴放到政治体系的整个运行过程中去，特别是把市场经济作为现代政治体系的“整体性输入”来思考，有助于我们摆脱偏向，深入探索政治研究中比较、借鉴的规律性。开展比较、借鉴，还需要进一步解放思想、转变观念，这方面的任务仍然艰巨。

Abstract: It is an effective way to optimize the operation of a political system by comparing, learning, absorbing and using experiences from other countries and regions . However, the two tendencies of denialism and dogmatism often prevent us from making scientific comparisons and imitations, and there are many historical lessons worth remembering in this regard. Under the guidance of political system theory, applying the principle of comparing and learning to the entire working process of political system and taking market economy as the "integral input" of modern political system are able to help people get rid of stereotypes and further explore the laws that existed in comparative political studies. Deepening learning and comparing in political studies requires to emancipate people’s minds and to change their ideas. The task in this regard is still arduous.
